Sitecore Language Translation on XM and XP with Sitecore Stream
Language translation is always an area that is really hard to work with. Mostly, we would rely on external help if the budget permits, or use Google Translate with some human help to validate the same. Stream for DXP made it easier, and it's integrated within the platform, offering free use.
Follow the article to install Stream for DXP. Version used for this demo is Sitecore_Stream_for_Platform_DXP.v1.4.54.

Navigate to the versions tab on the content editor, and you will see a Stream Icon.
Once you click on the Stream button, it will prompt an error
Once you select a new language, it will prompt with an option to add a new version with Stream Translate. At this point, you can use either the Stream button on the ribbon or the version link.
Now it will prompt the following menu that will help you choose the fields.
Now select the field that you would like to translate. The translate button gets enabled for you to proceed with the translation.
Translation is completed, you could follow the same steps for other languages too. At the moment, the translations are limited to the item level and don't apply to the data sources or in the experience editor.
We could use other Sitecore Stream features on the translated item in the same language.
Use the Translate Icon in the ribbon to help compare the translation
